This asset management and advisory group may not look a hot prospect at first sight.

It specialises in property and renewable energy with an interest in a company, recently quoted on the Plus market, which aims to capitalise on university research.

Profits are not exactly setting the world on fire and there is no dividend, but dig a little deeper and there is a story here.

The shares have collapsed from a peak of 70p in 2007 and are currently valued at around or even below cash in the bank.
