Micro Focus offers exciting growth potential
The key to the success of Micro Focus is the quality of its management.

Led by chief executive Steve Kelly and finance director Nick Bray, who joined the company in February 2006 and December 2005 respectively after the company had been rocked by profit warnings.

The performance of the company has taken off since they took charge, with strong organic growth supplemented by a string of acquisitions.

Two more deals have transformed prospects leading me to tip the shares again after my recent recommendation in April at 316.75p. Since then they have been as high as 427.75p against 389p currently.
